  • Will you work onsite in our office?
    Yes. We are a division of Higher Accounting Services Corporation. Onsite bookkeeping is handled through a separate division. Contact us to discuss.
  • I think Bookkeeper Store is a good fit for us. Can I sign up online?
    We're happy to hear that! Yes. Visit our Pricing page and select the option that best fits your needs. But know, we're just a call away.
  • Will I be locked into a lengthy contract?
    Absolutely not. Our services are offered month to month. Cancel anytime.
  • Will you have access to my bank and credit card accounts?
    We prefer Read Only access to your accounts. If that access is not possible, emailing monthly statements for each account is an option.
  • What's included in my subscription?

  • If my financials are not up to date, will you catch up my books as part of the subscription?
    The answer is yes and no. Catch-up is not included in your subscription; however, we can catch up your financial books for an additional charge.
  • Is QuickBooks Online included in my subscription?
    A Quickbooks Online subscription cannot be included in your bookkeeping subscription if you currently have QuickBooks. We're sorry about that. If you will be new to QuickBooks Online, new customer discounts may be available. Check with us prior to setting up your account and we will offer you the best available option from QuickBooks. You will then have the option to include QuickBooks Online in your monthy bookkeeping subscription as an add-on for an additional fee.
  • Is tax return preparation included in my subscription?
    Tax return prepartaion is not included in your bookkeeping subscription; however, it is available for an additional cost.
  • How do cancellations work?
    If you no longer need the service that we provide, be sure to cancel prior to your monthly billing date (anniversary date). If your first subscription payment billed on the 5th of the month, then the 5th of each month will be your anniversary date. Cancellations are effective at the end of your billing cycle making monthly subscriptions non-refundable. Quarterly subscriptions cancelled prior to your monthly anniversary date, will be refunded for the remaining months. See the following FAQ for more info regarding quarterly cancellations.
  • If I choose the quarterly plan to take advantage of the discount, but cancel my plan before completing the full 3 months...will I receive a refund?"
    You will be eligible for a refund for any month included in the quarter that has not started. Your anniversary is the start of your subscription month. The date of your first subscription payment will be your anniversary date. Quarterly subscriptions cancelled prior to your monthly anniversary date, will be refunded for the remaining months at the monthly subscription rate. Example: If your quarterly subscription started on February 5th and you cancel your subscription on March 10th, your subscription's effective cancellation date will be April 4th. So one month or one third of the quarterly subscription payment (less the quarterly discount) will be refunded.
